After discovering the kite surfing & wind surfing paradise that is Keros Beach; we wanted to build something special to share our unique island, Limnos. Something that would allow our guests to be immersed into the friendliness of the locals, soak up the unique atmosphere and enjoy all that Limnos has to offer, without having to sacrifice any of those holiday comforts.

Location and luxury combine. The closest village to Keros beach, only 2km down the road and a few minutes walk to the cafes, tavernas and shops of Kalliopi, with its laid back vibe. While maintaining privacy and a luxurious touch.

Location

Kalliopi is the closest village to Keros Beach, being only 2km away, so you can be up and on the water in a matter of minutes. It’s also close to nearby villages, tourist sites,  great beaches, 30mins to Myrina the capital and 15mins from the airport, so a perfect base for exploring.

The houses are finished to the highest standards, with every amenity you’d need including fully equipped kitchens including Nespresso machines, A/C in all rooms, WiFi, Smart TV’s, private terraces, washing machines and lots of space to relax in.

Our Houses

Kalliopi Luxury Apartments are self-catering with full kitchens and all the amenities you’ll need. We are always on hand and available each day to welcome you, help you explore Limnos and provide top tips on where to go, what to see, the best beaches and much more.  Choose from our 3-bedroom houses with 2 separate bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 or our 2-bedroom houses with 2 ensuite bathrooms for 4 people.
